It is amazing how much space you will find on a 33 feet catamaran (on the new Seawind models you will have as well a swimming platform which extends the vessel again of about 85 cm). The unique connection between cockpit and salon to create a rather big living area is especially in the tropics a great feature since most of the time is spent outdoors. This Version of the Seawind 1000 is giving ample sleeping space for 6 guests in three cabins. For the crew the cockpit table can be lowered which creates sleeping space for three. And for the ultimate catamaran sleeping experience there are trampoline nets between the two hulls to sleep under the stars.

Very impressive is the performance of the catamaran. During the last Samui Regatta Dreamcatcher scored 14.5 knots under sail. We can see that during the design development of the Seawind catamaran performance was one of the most important points.

Dual steering, meaning two steering wheels, one wheel on each hull, gives the helmsman an optimum vision on sails on any tack for best sail trimming. This feature is rather seldom on yachts or catamarans of this size.
